Rules for Thee, no Rules for Me
There's a bunch of strange procedural maneuvering, relating to the John Bolton U.N. nomination, taking place on the floor of the Senate right now. I don't quite understand it, but it seems to involve everyone in the Senate except the Foreign Relations Committee going into a recess, and different Senators calling for votes to block different moves.
