In which the blog lives up to its URL

A hexagon cannot be bisected by three lines, Mr. Gladwell. I'm being told I'm wrong by someone who has taught geometry, so maybe this post is contentless. I understand that a line connecting opposite vertices is a bisector, but I feel that what it's doing in the presence of another such line isn't bisecting.
